Are you an ambitious experience entrepreneur with a business that operates within or relating to the Theatre, Film and Television (TFT) space planning on scaling your business? The FATE School is proud to present the ScaleUp Lab Creatives TFT.
The ScaleUp Creatives TFT Accelerator Programme aims at helping outstanding Nigerian entrepreneurs playing in the Theatre, Film, and Television space who are looking to scale their businesses, expand their
market reach, and attract financial injection and strategic partnerships.

The ScaleUp Lab Creatives Accelerator is delivered in modules and allows you to continue to run your business while you participate. The core part of the programme runs for six months and will include the following modules:
- Strategic Repositioning
- Operations Re-engineering
- Effective Marketing & Sales
- Talent Management
- Digital Transformation
- Revamping your finance
During this time, you will take classes virtually twice a week using cutting edge classroom management tools. In between the modules you will be working on developing your strategic growth plan while you make immediate improvements in your business.
The module delivery approach is highly engaging and will include facilitated sessions, group activities, case studies and article reviews, and CEO Chats with successful entrepreneurs. Upon six months of completion; you would share your report on the progress of your business growth as regards the plan you had developed for yourself and your business.
The ultimate goal is to help you strategize for resilience at this difficult time by creating your company’s actionable immediate to the mid-term strategic plan, with concrete steps to grow and scale post-COVID-19 Pandemic.
Eligibility
Applicant must be
• Be a Founder, Owner-Manager, or MD/CEO of a growth-stage business in the theatre, film or
television space. This includes businesses that support the production processes of businesses
within this space e.g., set design businesses, costume design businesses, score & sound production
businesses, catering, and logistic businesses etc.• A Nigerian citizen (male or female)
• Have a minimum staff size of 3.
• Be operating a CAC registered business currently in operation and generating income
• Available to participate Full-Time in the one- week intensive Bootcamp and all other activities throughout the program tailored to scale their business.
