Pivoting to Digital
In line with current developments with the novel Corona Virus (COVID-19), the need to join national and global efforts to contain the spread and more importantly ensuring the safety of our entrepreneurs, team and volunteer community, FATE Foundation transitioned its operations and programmes from in-person to virtual effective March 23, 2020.
Last week, we completed testing of our remote working protocols to ensure the team is fully available to support our entrepreneurs, partners, stakeholders and the larger community during this time. All current and planned in-person programmes will be on hold till further notice.
At the forefront of our strategy is prioritising support for our Community of Entrepreneurs who need as much support as they can get in this difficult economic times. In the light of this, we have aggressively expanded our virtual community engagement strategies to address this and will be rolling out our virtual programme schedule over the next couple of days.
